Hi Ole,
unfortunately my screenshots are from two different jobs, just to show that the option is available on a normal job (I think it is available on a repository job also but from the logs, not from the job itself..).
The one stuck is an action task in a process and on the process properties there is no State tab and on the action task State tab there is no force restart (this is my first screenshot).
I'll continue investigating and let you know if i find an answer.
