I'm using IDM 7.2 in SP08. Does it change something about automatic disabling?

I provision MX_VALIDTO with the HCM attribute P8003-ENDDA.

As you advise to me, I'm going to create a custom job that runs daily to calculate if the user has to be disable or not according to MX_VALIDTO.

I also have to notif a manager 7 days before the MX_VALIDTO date is reached.
